Water Exercise
Water Exercise is done mostly in the deep well and is of medium intensity. This exercise works all parts of your body, including arms, legs, and abs. It is usually offered Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat morning and Mon/Wed evenings.
Water Arthritis
Water Arthritis takes place in the shallow portion of the pool. It is a low intensity class, and consists of walking back and forth while doing movements to help the joints, along with a handful of stationary exercises. It is usually offered Mon/Tues/Wed mornings September-May and Tues/Wed/Thurs mornings June-Aug.
Courses
The Brillion Community Center offers Lifeguard courses & Water Safety Instructor (WSI) courses. These are offered at various times of the year, call for more information.
Swim Team
The Brillion Blue Dolphins is a competitive swim team for ages 5-18. Child must be able to swim (25 yards of front crawl or back crawl). There is a summer season and a winter season, both which consist of practicing 3 -4 days a week, and there are various meets scheduled throughout the season.
