Sports and Leagues

Adult "Drop In" Basketball

Open to all adults. Teams are formed based on the number of participants.

Dates:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12:00 N - 1:00 pm
Thursday Evenings 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Racquetball

Racquetball is a perfect lunch time or mid-afternoon sport - breaking up your hectic work day. Or unwind at the end of the day with some friendly competition. Memberships allow you to reserve up to two hours of court time per week. Court time availability is based on the seniority of the membership and existing scheduled court time. Anyone is allowed to play during ANY open/unreserved court times. Call ahead to check availability of court times.

Health and Fitness

Tai Chi - Land

A soothing way to exercise that is excellent for people with weak legs or back. Tai Chi is a series of slow movements that strengthens the body from within. This is an ongoing program.

This program has been canceled for the summer, but will resume during the fall season.

Water Exercise

Get a great workout in the BCC pool. Taught by experienced instructors, a water exercise workout is a great alternative to high impact movements. This is an ongoing program.

  • M, W, F: 7:00-8:00am
  • M, W: 7:15-8:15pm
  • Saturdays: 8:30-9:30am

Yoga

Yoga classes will focus on breathing, flexibility and strength using a number of different poses including sun salutation, tree and warrior. All ages welcome!

Arthritis Class

The Arthritis Aquatics Class is a recreational series of gentle activities in the pool and is open to anyone with arthritis. The program is designed to help relieve the pain and stiffness caused by arthritis while providing a fun social opportunity. It is not necessary to know how to swim. Trained personnel conduct the sessions.

  • Wednesday 3:30-4:30pm

Education and Instruction

Tae Kwon Do


Fusion Martial Arts Tae Kwon Do program is for ages 4 and older, and helps children develop skills parents appreciate most: Increased attention span; learning respect for others; increased self esteem; enhanced coordination. Best of all, kids love it!
